A $250 deposit per boat, per day is required at the time of booking. Your deposit reserves your trip and will be applied toward the remaining balance. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your scheduled trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of your trip are non-refundable. We understand that extreme emergencies happen. Clear Creek Outfitters will determine whether the circumstances qualify as an extreme emergency. If they do, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future trip. If Clear Creek Outfitters determines that weather, water conditions, or other safety concerns make it unsafe to run your trip, your deposit will be applied as a credit toward a future trip. Trips may be rescheduled up to 30 days before your scheduled trip date. Within 30 days of your trip, we are unable to reschedule your reservation. Our season typically books six months or more in advance. When a trip is changed at the last minute, it can be extremely difficult to refill that exact date with the same number of boats. For that reason, we cannot move reservations to another date once they are within the 30-day window. If an extreme emergency comes up within 30 days, Clear Creek Outfitters will review the circumstances and determine whether an exception can be made. If Clear Creek Outfitters determines that weather, water conditions, or other safety concerns prevent us from running your trip, your deposit will be applied as a credit toward a future trip.
